Rock
Bordelon
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bordelon serves as President and CEO of Allegiance
Health Management. Mr. Bordelon brings operational expertise with
a personal touch to the post acute healthcare industry. Prior
to founding AHM, he served as a senior level vice president over
eight rehabilitation hospitals throughout the southern states.
Other previous tenures include Chief Executive Officer of an acute
care hospital, Chief Executive Officer of a geriatric psychiatric
hospital, and held corporate director titles for two separate
healthcare companies over multiple hospitals.

Don
Cameron
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Cameron has over 23 years of senior management experience
in a variety of healthcare positions. He began his healthcare
career in June of 1981 with one of the largest acute care systems,
Humana. He held the position of Associate Executive Director of
Finance initially and Regional Associate Financial Director over
22 acute care and Psychiatric hospitals in 3 states.
While fulfilling his tenure as CEO of the largest LTACH in Louisiana,
he was elected President of the Louisiana LTACH coalition. He
was responsible for organizing the various LTACH providers and
to lobby in our nations capital for the LTACH industry.
Before joining Allegiance Health Management, Mr. Cameron served
as Vice- President of a Louisiana based LTACH Company and Co-founder
and owner of a LTACH/Rehab consultant company.
He was appointed by Governor Blanco and Senator Breaux to serve
as a delegate at the Louisiana Health Care Summit held in February
2004. He is currently a representative on the healthcare consortium
for the northwest Louisiana region.

Jim
Turgeon
Chief Financial Officer
Jim Turgeon serves as Chief Financial Officer for Allegiance
Health Management. Jim Turgeon's responsibility of the company
is to oversee the accounting, finance, investor relations and
related functions. He reports to Rock Bordelon, Allegiance Health
Management's President and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining AHM in December 2004, Mr. Turgeon enjoyed a
successful career with Arkansas Insurance Managers where he held
the position of President.
Before that, he served as Chief Administrative Officer of Citzens
Bank and Trust Company. From 1979 to 1987, he began his career
in banking holding various positions such as Special Assets Manager,
Bank Consultant, and Vice President.
Mr. Turgeon holds a Bachelors Degree of Science in Finance from
the University of Texas and certifications from the Graduate School
of Banking.

Dick
Merk
Executive Vice President
Mr. Merk has over 30 years of senior management experience in
a variety of positions and specialties. His previous tenure includes
Senior Vice President of Camelot Health Care overseeing twenty-two
facilities. His responsibilities included development of multiple
Long Term Acute Care facilities and Rehabilitation units in Louisiana
and Texas.
In addition, Richard served in the capacity of Vice President
of the Long-Term Care Hospital Division Summit Health Care Corporation.
This role included responsibility for new growth in the Long Term
Acute Care Division. He developed and successfully operated four
new Long Term Acute Care facilities in three states.

Chris
Beddoe
Vice President of Business Development and Acquisitions
Since joining AHM in June of 2004, Chris Beddoe has played a
key role in the development of new business for the company. He
was responsible for the growth and development of the company's
Inpatient and Outpatient Divisions throughout nine states.
Mr. Beddoe has over 9 years of experience in the healthcare field.
Prior to joining the company, he held positions for prominent
post-acute healthcare companies throughout the United States.
Mr. Beddoe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and
Marketing from McNeese State University. Mr. Beddoe is married
to his wife Jessica and resides in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Rob
Lindsey Jr.
Vice President of Human Resources
Mr. Lindsey has been a human resources professional in the healthcare
industry for over a decade. Before joining Allegiance Health Management,
Rob served as Assistant Administrator and HR Director for a multi
campus 130 bed LTACH as well as a corporate human resources professional
for one of the nations largest LTACH providers. During the
past decade he has had direct involvement with the opening and
expansion of several specialty hospital facilities.
Mr. Lindsey received his bachelors degree from LSU-Baton Rouge
and his MBA from LSU-Shreveport. He is currently a member
of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Society
for Human Resources Management and the American Society for Healthcare
Human Resources Administration.

Scott
Prouty
Vice President of Psychiatric Division
Scott Prouty has been in
the healthcare field for over twenty years with most of his experience
in long-term acute care and rehabilitation along with in and out
patient psychiatric services.
Scott started out as a respiratory therapist at LSU Health Sciences
Center and moved into the long-term acute care field as a clinical
educator and patient assessor. He was soon promoted into hospital
operations and went on to become a CEO. As a hospital administrator,
Scott was instrumental in growing a struggling hospital into one
of the largest long-term acute care facilities in the country.
Mr. Prouty has also served as a CEO of an acute rehabilitation
hospital as well as Vice President of Business Development overseeing
facilities nation-wide. Scott is a licensed respiratory therapist,
board certified pedorthist and holds a degree in business/organizational
management.

Jacob Candler
Vice President of Home Health Division
Jacob Candler has been involved in healthcare for 9 years. His family currently owns and operates Southland Home Health in Shreveport, LA. Getting his start in the family business creating graphs, ads, and helping with computer problems while still in high school; he later joined the company full time as a Marketing Representative. Providing immediate growth to the agency he was promoted to Marketing Director, where he served at full capacity.
In addition to the experience gained at Southland, Mr. Candler was also a key member in creating the Community Healthcare Education Network of Northwest Louisiana. Serving first as the Home Health Representative, and serving as Vice President, he is currently President of the Organization; Mr. Candler is involved with the direction of the Network. Annually providing conferences and seminars for nurses, social workers, nursing home administrators and therapists, Jacob has served as a Director over the programs.
Mr. Candler is married to his wife Stephanie and has a son, Jackson and step-daughter Jordan. When not working, Jacob spends his time hunting, playing golf and being a sports enthusiast. As a member of Ducks Unlimited, he has helped to establish the Shreveport Chapter.

Richard Reynolds
Vice President of Legal Affairs
Mr. Reynolds is the newest member of the Allegiance team. He comes to the organization after a 25 year career in private practice specializing in all areas of corporate law with a major emphasis on corporate reorganization. Mr. Reynolds served as partner of his prior firm and has been named one of the “Best Lawyers in Shreveport” on multiple occasions. He holds the prestigious “AV” rating from Martindale Hubble, a peer review designation signifying excellence in legal skills and ethical conduct.

Cyndi Pickett
Executive Assistant to the President/CEO
Mrs. Pickett serves as Corporate Office Director and Executive Assistant to the President/CEO. As the Corporate Office Director she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative management of the corporate office as well providing assistance to the Executive Members of Management. As the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO, she is responsible for overseeing and assisting the President/CEO in his day-to-day scheduling and operational oversight for AHM and its affiliated companies.
With over 20 years of Executive Administrative Assistant experience in both government and private sectors, Mrs. Pickett has assisted and overseen numerous projects which include Property, Personnel, Operations, Manufacturing, Education, and Case Management experience.
